It´s inevitable that success attracts copiers, but you must be able to tell the difference between an original and a copy. And we say 'must' because, if you don't, your customers will. The whole world likes originals.
It is possible that you notice companies that seem to be selling what we are, but we recommend that you investigate beyond their web pages. We can tell you that in addition to the workouts for women in 30 minutes, they have every other activity and what not. Remember that every new activity will cost you more money on machines, more money on rent (to allow you more room for each activity) and also on more employees (some specialized) for each one of those activities. In other words, you'll have to be more profitable in many more ways, maybe in 4 or 5, so that things run smoothly, making it more complicated for you. Imagine trying to fund all these extra activities.
On top of this, there is also something else to take into consideration. By combining all of these different activities in one centre (that is supposed to be a specialized centre), you end up converting their franchise into a gymnasium, just like any other in your city. Choosing one of these copies will encourage their competition with all the other traditional gymnasiums in your city.
