Amaze youself!

By regularly practicing the Curves® Method, paired with a balanced diet, not only will you achieve a better shape, you will also be physically fitter and healthier.
Muscle Overload
A fitness program based on strength must include various sets of repetitions and a certain level of friction that would guarantee sufficient muscular overload to build body mass or muscle.

Using conventional equipment that uses "dead weight", the muscles are stressed during the first 300 repetitions of the course of the movement. Once these degrees are surpassed, the movement becomes easier. With hydraulic training, the resistance to the movement is determined through the velocity by which it is carried out - the faster it is done, the more resistance is created.

Therefore, through strength training we achieve muscular overload... during the whole course of the movement! Professional athletes use this system of hydraulic resistance because it increase, not just strength, but also endurance. In our case, it helps our clients burn fat and calories as well.
Fitness that is Fast and Fun
Strength training added to an aerobic workout is considered the most adequate solution to a steady reduction of body fat. The Curves® program is a form of exercise that women like. They like training in a pleasant atmosphere, with everything planned out for them.

Older women will be pleased to know that our system practically eliminates the possibility of much-feared injuries. You will even discover that some people who used to practice only aerobics now also enjoy the Curves® program because this way they increase muscular fiber and in that way, maintain a higher level of metabolism and a lower level of subcutaneous fat.
Regulating Resistence
In as much as the velocity in which the exercise is carried out determines resistance, you simply do the exercise faster or slower, depending on your physical condition.

Every 7,30 minutes you have to check your heart rate to make sure you are working at an ideal training level. Don't worry, we will tell you when you have to do it.
