| On November 22, in the middle week of fighting against gender violence, Curves ® has been back to an important place. On this day Curves ® signed with the Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equal an agreement for providing employment for women victims of violence, and awareness against gender violence. The agreement was signed in the presence of the Minister of Health, Social Policy and Equality, Leire Pajin, and Secretary of State Bibiana Aido, the headquarters of the Ministry of Health in Madrid. Were selected for this signing of agreement with the Ministry as major companies such as Inditex, Eroski, Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas, or Cepsa to name some. Through this agreement, Curves ® can help in two different ways to women victims of gender violence. The first way is possible to find work in the Curves ® franchise network in Spain. The second way in which Curves ® help these women is becoming centers of information points to convey what should a woman who is experiencing violence, to get out of it. For this purpose, as campaigns are launched, will be sent to schools Curves ® materials arrive from the Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality. Within Curves ® centers will enable a corner for this purpose. Curves ® centers will also receive brochures so they can be the first line of defense for someone with this problem.
